Our team at Temus was tasked with the development of a product that includes and digitises all of the Surveillance, Inspection and Enforcement (SIE) related activities within PUB (Singapore's National Water Agency).

Product Framework Design
Outcome
We worked with 20+ PUB teams, conducted 100+ workshops and interviews, and managed to create a product framework and wireframes that supports ~50 systems and a few hundred employees’ needs.
The SIES project has gone to the tender stage at the beginning of 2022 and will be starting the development phase in the coming weeks
