The innovation team of Temus designed an online inflight ordering platform that limits contact and effort between passengers and cabin crew members. The product had to have a technical architecture that allows for 0 air to ground connectivity on the passengers’ behalf and had to be integrated with existing flight systems and platforms.
How might we ensure seamless communication between passengers and cabin crew members, while limiting personal contact on a platform that requires zero air to ground connectivity?
Our team managed to conduct interviews, create and improve user journeys and in the end create a prototype for the FLIT product.
